Good Day to everyone in the whole world everywhere. I hope that everyone was able to get in some Easter Holiday Grocery Shopping. It is April 7th 2023 evening in my tiny village in Saranac Lake
New York, USA.
Already the time is 9:08 pm.
I braised the carrots this evening with fine sweet vadalia Spanish onion and sliced freshly purchased button mushrooms. The carrots - I purchased fresh with the tops on. Chopped in half Japanese Style
and then par - boiled
( boiled in water sauté pan, until tender ) ,
then drain the water from the sauté pan add about three table spoons of butter for about 6 carrots medium sized and a half of an onion and 10 sliced fresh mushrooms. Braise
( slow low heat grill ) toss the carrots , onion chopped large fork sized, and chunky slices of mushrooms about a half an hour
( 30 minute) or until the onions are brown golden and somewhat translucent looking.
I did try a little freshly braised - and the vegetables all freshly purchased are braised to perfection and quite delicious. My mashed potatoes are with freshly purchased potatoes from an Idaho farm - potatoes country in the whole state of Idaho in the USA. The medium sized potatoes . I washed scrubbing them with a potatoes scrubbing. Then I slice then in thick rounds and boiled them until they tenderly fall off the fork. Draining all water quickly, adding a while stick of butter. The potatoes should be well cooked and mash then with a fork and add milk ( one cup or so, until fluffy and creamy).
Then store in sealed tight plastic covered until you heat in a stove top Dutch Oven, or on a rectangle roast pan with pre cooked chicken and roasted braised carrots, onions, and mushrooms - until hot. Then in a small sauté pan, warm the BBQ sauce. Braise sliced ring pineapples, and maraschino cherries with a few mandarin orange slices from the tin, with two table spoons butter. Assure to then begin Waldorf Ambrosia salad with apple and banana sliced last - coconut, walnut, pecan, marshmallow small, sliced sweet apple, chopped bit sized, …blend in mayonise and then add banana on top on a gold rimmed bowl serving dish as the first course, with a lite dollop of whipped cream. Then lower oven and enjoy your Waldorf Ambrosia salad. Tonight.
I also created deviled eggs of course, with hard boiled eggs about four minutes boil time.
Chill in cool water before removing shells carefully with whole eggs ready to slice lengthwise.
Then remove yolk into a bowl and mash yolk adding a few teaspoons of mayonnaise- I prefer Helman’s USA brand or a fine Japanese home made mayoniase - I used Plochmans Brand mustard with two teaspoons heaping to blend a creamy yolk deviled egg topping. The deviled eggs are a Royal Tradition
plated on a White Clay
( known as porcelain bone china )
Tier Tree dish and set on the
Holiday Easter Table.
After the Waldorf Ambrosia Salad is served, then assure a hot pot of black tea and roasted sliced chicken on a stick with BBQ sauce and fine mashed potatoes freshly made and extra creamy. braise carrots, with Spanish
( Vadalia ) sweet onion and braise fresh mushrooms sliced and sautéed -golden brown. More soon on Easter Holiday Dinner which I myself am having after 12:00 noon tomorrow. The European Royal Holiday in All of Europe begins tomorrow. It’s exciting. I prepared enough for several days and I am very excited really. Yellow roses small long stem for my plum golden table and real gold foil giant chocolate eggs as well.

ROYAL OYSTER DRESSING
My mother, Lady Ellie or Alma Marita. It is my mother’s most wonderful recipe and she loves to create
her own version of our Great Great Grandmother’ recipe of a
Royal English - French recipe only
at Easter and Christmas Royal Holidays.
Royal Oyster Dressing
( stuffing )
Set the heat on the oven to 350.
5 cups of day old bread cubed gently not to mash or crush.
1/4 c. butter / 1 c. Diced Onion / 1c. Diced Celery / 1 tsp. poultry seasoning by Mc Cormicks
1/4 tsp salt / 3/4 c. chicken broth ( sue bea is an American brand and in a tin - very good) /
dash of Lemon Juice / 1 tsp. Sage dry season / 8 oz. Of oyster - tin is very good.
Sautee the onion and celery in butter / mix everything in a large bowl and then bake 20 minutes.
Lady Alma Merita - my mother is very lovely and quite gentle in the kitchen and was kind enough
to share the lovely Royal English - French - American recipe that she has made twice a year for over 40 years and it needs to be served warm and quite especial.

Cherries Jubilee Flambé
pre- measure 3/4 c. Brandy / 3/4 cup sugar white granulated / 1 c. dark Sweet Cherries either a pie filling cherry / fresh dark Bing Cherry / or a canned dark cherry in juice. / 1/2 stick of butter-
heat your skillet on a bunt burner at the table of your dinning guest - with a separate island table or with everyone a bit far from the bunt burner. it’s best to have a Buffett desk for your bunt burner and all the ingredients in dishes pre- measured - including four Bowles of Ice Cream - French Vanilla pre- scooped
in gold rim Bowles - with four fresh silver - gold spoons teaspoon ( tsp. ) size.
Then just heat your sautee skillet pan non stick - melt butter first then add sugar quickly and heat while stirring / then add the brandy and heat further slowly stirring - your brandy will get to a heated point and then the alcohol begins to evaporate and setting out a long match will flame the sauce if heat is high but not boiling ever. My flambé’ s never need a match -and my Flambé s always flame alone when just hot enough - then turn off heat and the flame only burns off the evaporation alcohol, then the flame quickly goes out- add the cherries to the sauce quickly - spoon fast over four French vanilla ice cream dishes and place chocolate sauce on table with whipped cream in four separate souflette dishes at the right of each plate to place the dish on. Place a fresh spoon on the right side and pre- make a pot of fresh strong coffee. Sugar and creamer on the table of course. saucers and cups are best with a teaspoon for each saucer and a fresh picture of ice water. Ice tea with sweet and low sweetened can be excellent as a second drink with coffee as well. A piture of ice tea is refined and a large lemon ring sliced in a clear glass piture is stunningly elegant as well. I prefer a white clay coffee pot with tray to fill coffee and set out cream and sugar as eased to everyone and then enjoy the flambé .
I will have a stove top version - of Cherries Jubilee that I am filming as well if you wish to wait and see the whole cherries Jubilee Flambé Film. Stove bunt burner style.

I was out at the grocery market this afternoon and with many very lovely and even exciting emails today. One to note soon is even from GUCCI in the country of ITALY. I wished to post the carrot, onion and mushrooms braised that I just finished at dinner tonight from Easter on Saturday and the braised home made carrots were delicious. I had to actually tell everyone how worth the sautée time the carrots were to braise.

I have an up and coming little memo note coming up that will be in about two weeks. Among many other things that go on in my studio, I have much to say seriously about a few USA concerns in rational toward a healthy economy into a reality of even educational and employment stabilization. Of course, I myself took a few extra years to devote my time to a peace , culture, and economic creative exhibition which included many activities music my aria work and very well international. Lovely hard work as well. Very difficult. The Smithsonian Museum emailed me quite a bit last year and even today with a serious comment about my designed gold lame’ fring bench in my film on Easter Sunday Royal Dance. And my magnificent Mushroom Lamp always looking toward clean air and clean water and clean soil for of course- carrots onions and mushrooms that grown in soil. Among other mushroom idealizes too.
I spent over ten years working in some lite free time with a national committee for clean air and clean water and soil years back. Invited as a honored board of directors in one of our USA National largest biosphere forest large reserves mountains that encompass actually five very vastly large states in the USA with over 7900 cities of peoples.

It’s been a busy day in my home estate rental studio desk.
I am also catching up on quite a few emails and other messages. I switched phone companies last week and wait until I tell everyone about some of my free gifts from my new company with excellent service as well. A phone watch with a great film later about the phone watch by Apple Corporation. Did the real president of China suggest I go ahead and get an Apple Watch ? Perhaps so. More about China soon and some new upcoming Kabukie Chinese and Kaboki Japnese Theater - not yet however.

arranged mat 3:00 pm this afternoon April 11 th 2023 with fresh yellow and pink flowered silk linens. Photograph date was April 11 th 2023 eastern standard time USA at 5:42 from my trip my village. I had some recycling to take to the curb as well. Some refreshing of linens is always nice and I decorated a bit with new silk burnished brown curtains at my dinning windows. Very lovely effect for opulent dinning in a silk print flaura - from the Country of India. The little trinket beads are pure sugar candy famoualy known in some of the fine England Confectioneries often prepared for a fine cake. Cherries Jubilee

fire department was so kind and promptly at 5:30 dinner time the real fire department sounded off a ready siren for me.
Not far from my estate rental - as a sweetest kindest jesture that everyone is excited in my tiny village -about a

delay are until tomorrow on April 12 th 2023 at sharp -7:00 pm for the filming time to be prepared and perfect in a real film quality -after a Japanese Salmon over rice with snow peas. Then on with my chef coat over my very good dinner clothes of course, of course.
The real fire department was ready for flambé and perfectly lovely as everyone in Saranac Lake was enjoying the message even from me in the beautiful and luxurious forest region of my tiny village - as even the
Fire Deparment’s wonderful persons are quite special and dearly lovely to sound off a real fun minute of a fine flambé ‘ siren - perfectly wonderful in my tiny village with greatly very nice peoples. How exciting - I thought I should assure the announcement as fast as possible of my slight delay in my decided schedule change- just for the fire department whom brought a bit of fun to the very tiny village for a minute - and good peoples they are in Saranac Lake, New York USA.
The annnoucement is for everywhere all over the world. as well, with many very excited. A women the other day said to me” how do I gain an actual invitation”. Very silly and she was smiling to see me kindly and extremely happy even helping me with my groceries bags. Wildly sweet.
Some people in Europe are awake at 6:25 am now currently in Beijing China and other countries in the
Far Eastern Europe in some regions as the same time. Even in Moscow Russia some people are awake and excited. Ready for Flambé ‘ tomorrow for dinner . The time now in Moscow Russia is 1:28 am and some peoples in Russia are awake waiting. Really quite true.

Posted after a nice coffee espresso with ample Ice Water to drink and a tiny appariffe of Cherry Brandy hand stirred not shaken ( with crushed juiced cherries, brandy 1.5 once and 1/2 teaspoon sugar - lite cherry Juice grenadine Juice splash ) Grenadine ( non alcoholic cherry bottles juice for sprite or brandy ) then some clean up after filming - so prepare for the excellence of
REAL ROYAL CHERRIES JUBILEE.
With the finest Jr,. aporartiffe in a small fine glass apoartiffe style for younger under 21 years old with real root beer, grenadine cherry juice, and a rum flavor non alcoholic cherry syrup - cooked with some sugar and cherry grenadine and rum flavor. with an umbrella and an extra maraschino cherry on a longer sandwich toothpick - in a fine little apparttife glass. Largley an elegant favorite.
The University of Tennessee in the USA in the state of TENNESSEE where my southern estate was located for over 20 years placed a fine wonderful photograph up of a woman I actually was employed with in a table side chef 5 star extremely opulent ristorante inn, ( 1993) table side very lucrative work and needs of knowing some what of 3 languages for the Extremely real large international European Travelers - and many peoples from five states large southern delightful states with numerous peoples in many many cities in the USA at all levels of wealth and wages as well with everyone. I myself began Selling more paintings and sculpture in international galleries then - even in Thailand and France and Germany to name a few actual international countries than of some whom began collecting my work. Even Russian travelers, African and more. it was nice to break away from work in a major multi - international company as an executive director many years in a $48 million dollar annual revenues of profit with my work as a Executive Director in my board member chair and a small board of directors for the multi- international company - with some executives from the country of Germany actually then, for a great company - as also working as a board member for a clean air and clean soil and water cleanest forest regional national board position. We then, made special receptacles for good real Black Bear perfect bear territory to assure bears in wild could easily eat well and not become scared by Apple Throwers in basements or cars. The bears - more on my real wild bear friends later.
I was offered executive work at the Inn as well - while eventually I left to study in a Royal Museum College and Columbia College Chicago IL USA. Media, Fine Arts, Design, Culture, and furthering relations in international business in cultural reality mostly was extra hard work with a full time job in a small boutique firm of Investment Banking then. My international arts cultural company was always very small , moonlighting while working full time. My first international gallery sales was in an off broadway metropolitaian gallery in 1980. Tiny sales and a busy life with further work for multi - international companies with many many years of work as an exceultive director in many years of hard work within international business standards -not easy. Yet very exciting and worth very diligent hard work. Flambé for 40 actual people are not easy and take considerable sautee pans - yet quite lucrative ( actually earning average of $4000.00 per week.and over 10 years that’s over a million in earnings and then some in many good hard working lovely busy days worth the efforts ) if you’re very energetic and fast with and abundance of great international guests and many nationalist of all levels of wealth beginnings of all peoples - dressy or Jeans and a Sweater for the cool air conditioned southern svelt lovely grassy farm house horse farm mountain valley inn. Even a quite stunning real duck pond to trot through before and after dinner over looking a yellow green blue field of grassy wild hill side and finest Tennessee Stepper Horses real trotters. Furry white boot fur horse of a bronzed beautiful brown. Perfect years and many traveled then too.
I myself read every book in basics of French and English cooking and other international recipes culturally - before I was actually 9 years old and into many many days and days in months of reading recipes ferociously into the age of 9 years old and even later - learning at 9 years old carefully a reading of flambé one day to actually really create the fine culinary art of flambé was on my reading list then in the 1970’s of fine cultural Royal Cherries Jubilee ‘ while - of my great great Grandmother Ryces -books gifted to me-four generations of fine chef work as she was a confectionary chef and business person purchasing her own home at an early age as well as I did at age 21 - before I sold.
I loved reading hundreds of recipes from the books she gifted me at age 8 and a half and 9 years old, as I made every cake known to humanity - then often with barely nothing in our ingredients shelves at home at times - enough though - of mere more than flour and eggs and sugar - with some fine chocolates in ices sweet finest opulent toppings and even very difficult ROYAL ICING. Very difficult. Sometimes even a short stroll to the grocery - myself buying some ingredient myself with a tiny grocery near enough. Perfectly sculpted whipped creamy iced cakes were delightful in all the efforts and extremely fresh .
Royal Icing is very difficult needing a double locking boiler pan - and made without butter and without cream.
A powder known as Cream of Tar Tar is used and in one of my grand ma ma’s books the joke recipe is beef tar tar as a chefs joke actually. Rowen Atkins makes a film within his wildly funny character known as

In the year 1986 my utopian city developed the USA nations very first recycling projects. known then as a pilot recycling project in Syracuse New York. Sometimes I was caught - at some fine events of friends at dinner events privately - caught singing at times to some well known country western music composers - and with some very modern works I composed in the late 1980’s of actual music I composed with a BLUE FRONTED AMAZON AFRICAN PARROT - my sweet parrot that loved singing with me. Recordings and many earlier works in childhood music composition - even the real ROYAL CHARLESTON - later more on the actual ROYAL CHARLSTON.
