Grocery List Ingredients:
3/4 c. Rasins , extra fine chopped, minced.
Sun Maid Rasins are always quality USA brand.
1 Tbs. Butter Salted
Sautee’ Rasin in butter until a bit lucid and buttery.
1 1/2 chocolate chips
one raw egg and two tbp vegtatable oil.
Nestle Brand Semi- Sweet is USA chocolate chip quality or Toll House Chocolate Chips USA brand
are always great.
it is rare to find South American Brands Such as Goya
Chocolate for baking in the USA.
Melt the chocolate into the Rasin stirring constantly in a medium size sautee’ pan with a double trivit on the bunt burner under your sautee pan when melting chocolate - with low heat and
just until melted. It is important to stir constantly to to assure not burning the chocolate and to not over cook. Chocolate can burn and dry fast when melting. Do not over cook. The chocolate and Rasins will look a bit lumpy due to the Rasins.
Blend in to chocolate / rasin mixture - with
1Tbs. Of Pure Vanilla , egg, and vegetable oil,
Extract, Mc Cormicks Brand USA if in the USA.
Walmart stores do ship in postal shipments if needed.
ready to add 1/2 c. Cream
Half and Half Cream not whole cream for this recipe.
What is the word for cream in Germany ? or China ?
or South America ? Or Russia ? what are the dairy brands in England and Iran ? How do you say cream in the European Middle Eastern Countries such as Iran or Pakistan ? It a bit more studies ? More so - Blend the cream in to the chocolate mixture thoroughly. And well.
In a small bowl - add about 2 Tbs. Marrachino Cherry Juice from the Jar into the smallest bowl. Add 2/3 tsp. of the ground crushed black pepper- fresh. Soak the pepper in the Cherry juice for a half of an hour = 30 minutes.
While the pepper soaks in cherry juice from marrachino cherries, you will need Dark Cherries from Frozen Cherries preferably for this recipe. If no frozen dark sweet cherries- purchase a tin of dark sweet pie cherries usually found in the cake mix area of a grocery store.

thaw cherries and only use 1/2 c. Cherries. Then chop to a fine minced chop extra small. Minced is extremely small known as a fine minced chop- of cherries in this recipe.
Toss all cherries and cherry juice with pepper into the chocolate and blend well. Assure you do not leave any pepper in the small bowl. Using 1 tsp pepper soaked might be fine to assure enough pepper soaked in marachino cherry juice. If you prefer a slightly more peppery finish.

In a Larger Bowl

While dry ingredients are important to mix well before the chocolate mixture is added.
1 c. All purpose whete flour- self- rising bleached whete flour USA brands can be all pretty good.
Gold Medal USA brand flour is good, from a very nicely grown golden whete.
Other brands are good too. I purchase inexpensive brand usually of flour of the best possible quality.
Again.
Large Bowl Ready- 1 c. Flour - 1/2 tsp.
Baking powder -1/2 tsp. Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp.
1 1/2 tsp. Salt, 2 Table spoons Mc Cormicks Brand of Curry powder is perfect for this recipe.
With a fork- blend all dry ingredients together well. Extremely well.
Ready for Chocolate Cherry Rasin batter to mix into the large bowl of prepared dry ingredients, and almost ready for the cylindrical Ciggerette details to prepare into a cylindrical shape for baking.
If your chocolate looks dough like- you have nearly finished the recipe dough.
Finish the dough blending in 2 Table spoons of marachino cherry juice from the jar of marachino cherries.
On an aluminum baking tray, cut a piece of wax paper that can be purchased near the foil food wrap and plastic food wrap.
On the wax paper spread butter on the wax paper in a good coating of butter and dust with baking flour well covered with a powdery effect- then carefully spoon the dough on to the wax paper in a spoon at a time dropped in a line side to side to form along Ciggerette shape that is think like a cigar. The chocolate pastery dough should look cylindrical as you pull up the wax paper on one side to roll over to form a cigar. Take extra care to leave some room at the end of the wax paper to roll the wax paper over the top well enough to enjoy
Rolling the wax paper well.
Form the cigar evenly and with extra care.
Again, roll anouther on the aluminum baking sheet
with extra care. Place the cigar roll cake batter carefully next to each other when ready to bake. Roll in the same cigar style, and again.
Finish with about 4.5 rolls of your
Cylindrical Ciggertte Cake.
Pre Heat your oven to 350• f.
In Europe the temperature is equivalent in a
temperature of Celsius= c. Unless you have a USA oven as most Europeans do not have a USA oven.
Conversions of the 350 • f. In Celsius are different.
European ovens are C. •Not F. •
It might not be a Viking Oven - professional chefs use.
While it is a good home oven - as mine is.
Remember : pre -heat the oven.
Bake time is 9- 11 minutes. Do not touch or remove from the aluminum pan or wax paper until fully cool.
Cool time is about 1.5 hours = one and a half hours =
90 minutes.
After cooling:
I took time to unwrap the cylindrical cakes slowly and extra carefully as I sliced them into bon bons and then rewrapped them with extreme care with twists of wax paper that look elegant on a fine platter.
